Let's face it, I forgot the "Quarterly Update" thingy. Actually life came up in the way anyhow so I didn't have access to the internet for around a year, anyways. Lots have changed.
I, uh, went to multiple treatment centers. AK Child and Family, Providence Discovery, Provo Canyon School, Family Centered Services of Alaska, and now Presbyterian Hospitality House. I was abused and threatened countless times when at Provo Canyon School. I don't want to go into detail about it in this journal but maybe in another one.
Now onto more positive stuff. I have a new friend, nicknamed PJ, and they're super cool. I moved and now I have 3 roommates. I'm engaged to Nick (dunno if I ever mentioned him here). I use Discord more often than any other messaging service. I made many friends there, including PJ.
My favourite song is Lovely by Twenty One Pilots. It helped me get through some hard times, and reminds me of Nick.
My favourite quote is "Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious... And curiousity keeps leading us down new paths."

To The Good Ol' Days

"We used to play pretend, give each other different names,
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away,
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face,
Saying, 'wake up, you need to make money.' " - Twenty One Pilots - Stressed Out
I picked this to be the quote for the first quarter of 2016 because I was heavily stressed out during the time between January and March. I actually passed out at a friend's house during February and I hardly mentioned it to anyone as I woke up in a few hours with a major headache and drank water and pretended it didn't happen. I didn't even go to the hospital. My friend was busy attending to her dog's bleeding ear, as it bled for a total of four days, so she was outside and I was upstairs. Nobody knew it happened when I was there. I got better after that, and that was in the middle of a "high school drama" which is done and over with now. I ended up starting Ava's Demon and came up with many story ideas. I drew a lot of new characters, whom I never uploaded here. Actually, only one made it on here, that being "Lovely the Tiny Muffin", named after one of my favorite songs and the food item I was eating at the time. The song is "Lovely" by Twenty One Pilots, which is my favorite band. I went through depression until the end of March. That is the 5th time I went through depression and only gained help from a friend, as that is all that happens. I have never gotten professional help. At this time, I do not have the money for it, either. I also learned that my step-mom and dad have not been very happy together, but the arguing has stopped. We only have the income of my step-mom and my sister and I will be staying with her. I also attempted Majora's Mask, but it would appear that it broke the N64. We're trying to get it fixed. Due to the events of those 3 months, I almost completely lost hope, but always felt better when Kat talked to me. Now, I am very much better and am excited for multiple events to happen in the next couple weeks.
This month I have been getting up after every fall, and am really happy. I actually looked in the mirror without thinking about how ugly I am and horrible I am, but rather saying "To someone, I am beautiful.", which has helped me a lot. I also have a new Wii, which came with some of my most favorite games! I even became a huge fan of Twenty One Pilots, which has helped me through my journey this quarter! On the negative side, my knees have been hurting very, very badly, which I dunno why it is happening.
My reflection of this quarter of the year is that I had a horrible start to the year, but I can tell I am getting better and my future is brightening, as the beginning it looked like it wasn't gonna be there, but now I've picked out a college and am actually making plans here and there to keep me busy and give me reasons to be here. Sometimes it is the little things that count.
Positives: I'm going to prom with Kat (Prom is May 7th)!, I made it into the Harry Potter intensive for the first time and I am a Ravenclaw!, and I found the perfect band for me, which is Twenty One Pilots!
Negatives: I messed up when playing Mother 2 and broke it!, My knees hurt badly!, and I miss a friend who is important to me but wants to move on and doesn't want contact between us anymore!
Anyway, I am trying to start this "Quarterly Update" thing, involving a quote. Please remind me in a month or two, if possible.
Remember, someone always cares about you, even if it seems like nobody does, and to let the little things keep you alive!
